The mouldmakers with over 10 years experience are creating highly complex tooling with tight tolerances. Because customer satisfaction is our top priority, we apply strict standards of quality to all of our work. Our modern facilities and dynamic equipment provide us with the means to do excellent work, while our skilled personnel supply the ingenuity, hard work and know-how.
CN Mould adopt international design standard and world class components (DME, PCS & HASCO) and mould steel(ASSAB from Sweden, DAIDO from Japan) in mould-making. We can build Pre-hardened, Hardened mould, Multi-Cavity and Hot runner mould for our customers. And as China has low cost skillful labor our price is competitive.
CN Mould have very rich experience in insert(metal or other material) moulding, over moulding, dual-shot moulding and 3 materials moulding, also soft plastic materials(TPR, TPE&TPV etc. ) moulded part. About 400 trained and skilled workers can make sure prompt delivery time, In addition to injection mould & moulding, CN also specializes in secondary operations of pad-printing, spray painting, ultrasonic welding and part assembly. In pad-printing & Spray painting department, it has three long production lines. One of the lines is assembled in full-closed workshop with special dust treatment system!
Equipped with over thirty high precision mold-making machines and sixty-nine Kwaguchi and Haitian injection molding machines from Japan and China, CN Mould now can offer 15-360 tons horizontal and vertical molding and 2-shots & 3 shots moulding for our clients! We can import the data from most CAD systems (such as PRO/E, Solidworks, Autocad etc) for mould-making from our customer.
